Ok guys attached is an updated camp agenda, an agenda for the meeting and the evaluation form we will give out at the end. Look them over so you can come with your ideas and questions! I know the spanish documents are missing accents- that is bc i am doing them at the cyber.
The updated camp agenda has who is doing which sessions- we will go over it tomorrow.
Look over the agenda and if there is anything you want to add just bring it up at the meeting!

Hola GLOW team,
Just thought I would send a little update on our meeting in Esteli in relation to supplies. A friendly reminder if you will.
*Gabe: you are in charge of finding 4 masking tape, 10 small school glues
*Robyn: 20 papelografos, magazines
*Kate: 20 papelografos
*Hanna: 20 papelografos, magazines
*Cassie: 20 papelografos, 50 printing paper
*James: 36 pieces of cardstock/ cartulina.. this we need asap..
*I am in charge of 100 pens, 68 folders, 70 name tags
*EVERYONE: extra: scissors available, permanent markers, white board markers, 150 cord donation for snacks
Anyone else that can contribute, contact me.
Also, met with Carol in the office this morning.
*She is going to try and attend the camp.
*There will be a Peace Corps vehicle on site for emergencies. And potentially to take supplies up to the camp.
*She is speaking again with the Ambassador about coming to our camp. Seems she had blocked out the 7th to attend the Leadership Camp but it now looks like they are finishing after breakfast so.. we will keep our fingers crossed.
***In regards to this we need to send the ambassador a short "blurb" about the camp and an agenda.. can probably be sent through Carol.
***Also, the ambassador likes to tweet. Anyone good with this? It needs to be a 150 character post about the camp.. can link articles and photos.
* A couple of suggestions on the agenda that she had: incorporate a "giving back element" for the girls to go back to their communities. Cassie, I thought it would be great for Marisol to incorporate this in the Metas and Planning my Future session. When the girls write their letters they could also incorporate a section on how they hope to influence their communities. An idea that she had is March 8 is Intl Women's Day. Maybe have the girls brainstorm on how they can do something within their communities. Women and leadership, etc.
Also I meant to show this during our GLOW meeting. Don't know if all of you have seen it, but I think it is pretty well made. Would love to find it translated in Spanish.

Thanks for sending this out Noelle! Im glad you got a chance to meet with Carol. Sounds like that straightened some things out. High hopes for the Ambassador! I think the giving back element is a great idea- we should def look into that!

On the diplomas..
We are sending things up in a box with the pc vehicle. So if we were to send out an email to Flor in advance she could print and send with carol? Or better.. is anyone going to Manags?
