Hi all,

Here is the copy of the new and improved solicitude letter for Camp Glow. It includes a request for  permanent markers, acrylic markers, tape and glue. However, use this letter as you need for your own communities. It would help to personalize it a bit.. like throwing the name of the organization in and how they specifically could support the camp.  

I have also included the supply list. As soon as I can get feedback for what we have covered from the organizations I have spoken with, I send over the updated list. 

 

As a reminder, all members of GLOW committee are expected to fundraise in cash money (120 cords) OR  bring three 3 liter sodas or equivalent juice. Also,  it would be really helpful for everyone to  also bring one pack  of the following snacks (I think they come in ten- twelve packs) : Ritz, Oreo or Chiky crackers.

That means if you want to make the contribution via money: start saving/ begging for about 150 cords.

If you are bringing donated materials: three  3 liter sodas/ juice and a multi pack of crackers/ cookies.

 

 Please let me know if you all have any questions about this. Or any creative ideas of who we can approach if someone is unable to get to an organization.
