Here is a summary of everything we went over on Saturday.

That gives us 10. If you find out a counterpart cant come please let me know as soon as possible so we can find a back-up! Also if your counterpart isnt staying the whole time let me know.

Guest Speakers- Ambassador still a possibility (fingers crossed!)

                         Filomena-( Robyn, when would you know for sure about her?)

Back-ups- Panchita (runs casa maternas) she is interested in coming and close by in Jinotega

               A high school counselor in Jinotega- recommended by Julianne Chubb

I have down that Robyn and James will go to Vida Joven early and set up registration, manta, data show and sound system.

Hanna is contacting vida joven to ask about:

cabin size, bonfire, white boards and a place to put the manta

Carol said we could print the certificates in the PC office but we have to ask Flor in advance. Who is going to Managua soon?????

Try to get the 100 cords from your campers as soon as possible!

Noelle just sent out a summary of the donations and what everyone needs to bring.

Robyn fixed up the agenda. It looks great! I attached it for everyone.
