Donor Thank you

Hey Guys,

 

I attached the donor thank you letter. I wrote it and had Carol look over it today. Look it over and if you think I should change anything let me know.

 

Hanna will be printing out the pictures and mailing the thank you letters. We decided to just go ahead and mail them from Nicaragua. If you want a picture for a Nicaraguan donor just let Hanna know. Hanna will send the letters out at the end of March.

 

Today is my last day in Nicaragua but please feel free to email me with questions and let me know if anything comes up! Thanks everyone for doing such a great job with the camp!

Kate - I didn't know you were leaving today! Safe travels home.

Hanna - Can you print out 3 pictures for my patrocinadores in Camoapa?

Also, I made a few small corrections on the letter (mostly just capitalizing a few words, etc.) Attached is the updated copy.

Finally, I've been in contact with Carol and Ana about the leftover funds (we have about C$ 20,000 in total). Turns out we can't do replication projects in site with our campers, says the office in D.C. The money needs to go directly to the project. Therefore, the lady in DC suggested t-shirts will be our best bet. Ja entonces, I'm going to give the t-shirts another go. Will keep you guys updated on the process.

Thanks for sending out the letter, I would love pictures for INTUR and UCC if you think possible. I think it would be a good idea to hit them up "big" next year for funds. Hanna, how should I get those from you? Put them in locker?

Kate- way to go out strong. Hope Stateside is treating you well! Congrats on finishing service, can't wait to see what is next for you.

If anyone would like a photo and letter (i can translate the final draft and have someone at PC check it) for a donor, let me know and we can figure out the best way to get them to you. I will be printing them all off around March 20th.

Hi All, 

The US donor letters will be mailed out around April 16th by Cassie. I will put two photos for Noelle in PC envelopes in her locker. There will be 12 photos left. I will put them in David McWilliams locker, so yall can pick up them to give to the Nica donors.
