camp GLOW- a few updates

Hey Guys!

 

Just a few last minute things. I will be in managua next week so I will get the certificates printed off there. Im still not sure if the office has cartulina that we can use. Flor has been out of the office the last 4 days.

 

The ambassador is officially not coming. She is going to the leadership camp on the 7th. So I spoke with Julianne Chubb, a volunteer in Jinotega, about some back up options for guest speakers.

 

We have one guest speaker for sure on Sunday (one of robyns counterparts)

 

Carol and Miguel have both told me that they plan on coming but havent decided who will come which days. There will def be a pc staff person there at all times.

We could theoretically switch Filo to Saturday, to abrir that day, and do an activity, or just start late Sunday.  Because it sounds like Filo and Noelle/Cassie's counterpart are going to be stepping on each other's toes tema-wise.

Also, Paz and I changed the name of our session to the "Los Tres Autos", the Autos being Autestima, Autocuidado y Autorealizacion.  I'll attach the updated version of the agenda, for whoever's printing that out.

Ok well I already told Panchita our other guest speaker to come on the 9th. She might be able to switch to Sunday, i could check. I guess let me know if Filo for sure wants to switch days. Thanks for attaching the agenda- I will be printing them out and bringing them

Hey Guys,

Quick update on the tshirts. I sent the order to the tshirt place, but I still haven't heard back from them (that was Friday morning). Hopefully we will get them on time -- otherwise, we might have to rely on ourselves to get the kids the tshirts after the camp.

Let's not switch Panchita and Filo.  Too confusing.  I've been working with Filo and we've tweaked it to make it more interactive and have been steering away from the other counterpart's talk. I think it'll be fine.
