Isyour Jura coffee machine sounding sluggish? Are the coffee grounds watery; or is the grinder not dosing as much coffee as it once did? Receiving an error message? Although we strongly encourage DIY repairs, an experienced technician may be required to complete the repair, based upon the severity of the malfunction. Furthermore, the evident malfunction (i.e. a leaking component) is not always the root of the problem, but is merely the weakness point where the problem is exposed. This can cause the customer to misdiagnose the malfunction, which in turn, leads to the unnecessary purchase of parts and a very frustrating experience. As a general guideline, if you have owned your Jura coffee machine for 5+ years without it being serviced, we recommend a full refurbishment.

Save your sanity! Allow one of our expert technicians to repair your Jura coffee machine, or brew group, to get the caffeine flowing through your body again, quickly. We are the leading innovators in the industry, striving to make the repair process less burdensome and frequent, while maintaining our commitment to the highest standard of excellence and quality in repairing Jura coffee machines.

Depending on your location and our movements, we can either collect or return your machine using one of our machine specific, reinforced plastic transport cases with foam lining to offer a safer method of transporting your Jura coffee machine or occasionally depending on its movements using our van.

Jura coffee machine service prices include scheduled appointments by our driver to collect and return the machine or 4-way carriage of our machine specific box with DPD, service parts & labour.

In the event of any faulty parts being identified during the service they can be replaced with no additional labour charge; only the cost of the extra part/s required.

If your Jura coffee machine has recently been serviced or is not due a service, then a repair may be all that is required. If you are experiencing a problem, a leak, a blocked grinder, a dead pump etc, then Caff-Select can repair your Jura machine on a call-out and labour basis.

All our parts carry a 6-month official warranty and in the unlikely event of any new components failing within this period, we will replace that part without charge. All parts used for service and repairs are genuine Jura parts and supplied by Jura UK.

You can drop off and collect your machine, by appointment at our workshop near Goudhurst in Kent if that is convenient, allowing two to three working days from drop off to collection. Please arrange this with us in advance as the workshop is difficult to find and not always manned and we will provide you with location guidance and days/times for dropping off.

In the rare occurrence your coffee machine is deemed irreparable by our technicians, a fee of $175 will be charged for labor, packaging and return shipping costs, which must be paid before the coffee machine is returned. The coffee machine will be returned in the same condition it arrived at our facility. However, if you wish to scrap your coffee machine, a full refund will be issued, as well as a maximum $100 buyout credit (Based upon usable parts in the machine. Some machines may not be offered a buyout credit due to condition). This is an extenuating circumstance that occurs when: I. The machine arrives severely damaged due to misuse or improper packaging. II. Parts required for the repair are no longer available from the manufacturer, most often thermoblocks and electronic boards. III. Our technicians deem the repair cost exceeds the true market value of the machine. The age of the machine, present/future part availability and our technician's evaluation of the key heating elements are all factors we use to determine the value.

Please follow our packaging instructions. We do not insure inbound shipments; it is up to the client to properly secure his/her coffee machine with enough packing materials to make for safe transit. Our shipping department ensures that all machines leaving our facility are packaged within the guidelines set forth by FedEx. Please read this entire page before shipping your machine to our facility. Completing a repair appointment request form implies that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions and that you authorize Jura-Parts Com Co. to refurbish your Jura coffee machine(s).

*Do not ship any externals, including water tank, drip tray, drip tray grid, grounds container, grounds container tray, pre ground chute, pre ground lid, aroma lid, water tank lid, bean lid. If any lids are too difficult to remove, such as the Z line coffee lid, please do not remove.

Jura Capresso-Impressa coffee machines were built to last; however, your machine will need a tune-up from time-to-time. The brew group may become sluggish (Error 8) or your espresso may not be as strong as it once was, which indicates the grinding burrs may need to be replaced. These are unavoidable maintenance issues, regardless of the amount of cleaning and descaling cycles you run. We offer a comprehensive Jura repair and refurbishing service to get your machine operating at its peak capacity, again. Our flat fee service includes shipping to our facility, return shipping to the customer, all parts required for repair, brew group refurbishing, replacement of all O-rings, replacement of key parts as preventative maintenance, labor and a 12-month limited warranty**. Excludes Electronic Boards, Thermoblocks and broken External Housing parts irrelevant to the full functionality of the machine.

Over time, brew group seals will swell, dry or crack, which prohibits the brew group from returning to the home position or creating an airtight seal to build the proper amount of pressure to brew. If the brew group fails to return to the home position, or is unable to begin the brew process, an "error 8" message will appear. Furthermore, mold often accumulates around the drain valve and sometimes around the brew cup. For this reason alone, the brew group should be serviced every 1-2 years. We fully disassemble the brew group to clean and sanitize the components, lubricate appropriate moving parts and replace every seal.

Excess coffee grounds can compact in the grinder, preventing the optimum amount of coffee from entering the Brew Group. In addition, most machines we service have dull burrs after years of use. The result is weak, flavorless Espresso. We disassemble the grinder to clear out all the excess coffee, replace or re-calibrate burrs and lubricate the O-Ring seal.

All water contains microscopic minerals, which accumulate over time causing blockages and O-Rings to deteriorate. We visually check every PTFE hose, remove the grommet (metal insert) and flush the hose with compressed air. Then, we replace and lubricate every seal in the water circuit. Regulators, temperature sensors and outlet valves are replaced on every model as preventative maintenance.

The final phase of our service involves Descaling and Cleaning the machine to ensure the coffee and steam thermoblocks are not clogged. Also, we clean the interior and exterior of the machine. We remove the coffee dispensing spout to clean and sanitize it. Excess coffee grounds accumulate in the spout, as well as the brew group. The moisture and coffee grounds create the perfect environment for bacteria and mold growth.

Our current turnaround time is approximately 3-5 business days. Although it is rare, electrical problems or part availability may increase this turnaround time; however, the customer will be notified about any extended delay within 5 business days of the coffee machine being on the bench.

The labor rates vary depending on the coffee machine model. The rates reflect the average cost to repair each specific model, which is calculated by the price and quantity of parts contained inside the specific models and the total labor involved in repairing the machine (i.e. a S9 contains twice as many hoses and seals as an E8). Shipping costs are factored into our pricing, as well.

To reserve an appointment, click the button below to complete and submit the repair form. A customer service representative will email you a prepaid FedEx label to the address you provide for you to ship your machine to our facility. Print this label and place it on the box after your machine is packaged. There will be instructions attached to the email containing the label on where to drop off your machine or to schedule a pick-up.

It is imperative to properly package your machine. Jura-Parts.com Co. will not insure in-bound machines, as we cannot ensure the machine is properly packaged. It is the customer's responsibility to purchase insurance, if desired. If insurance is not attached to the shipment, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with FedEx to be compensated for any damages while the parcel was in the possession of FedEx. Jura-Parts.com Co. will aid in the process of the claim by providing pictures of the box, damages the machine sustained and any additional documentation needed to file the claim; however, Jura-Parts.com Co. will not share in the expense of the damages in the form of credit, compensation or any expense incurred during the claim process. Additional shipping costs incurred due to not following our packaging instructions, or excessive packaging, will be added to the final invoice.

The check must be issued to Jura-Parts.com. The check will be deposited upon arrival of your machine. This does not indicate that the refurbishing process has begun. Once the check clears, your repair appointment is now guaranteed in the repair queue. If the check bounces, the customer will be responsible for all fees associated with the failed transaction, in addition to the total repair cost, prior to the machine being released. Note: This method ensures the quickest turnaround time.

There is an additional $20 nonrefundable transaction fee for using a credit card. The customer will receive an electronic invoice via email to the address provided on the repair form. The invoice will be issued prior to a technician opening the machine. Customers who choose this method may experience a slightly extended turnaround time.
