After much study and deliberation the Tuttle Prize Committee is happy to announce that the winner of the 2010 T. Temple Tuttle Prize is Rachel Muehrer (York University) , for her paper “’Ennanga enyumya,’ Playing techniques of the ennanga of Buganda, Uganda”
