Basic Talk Groups

Hello Everyone, I'm new to this group, and to NXDN (as well as digital, in general). I recently bought an AnyTone AT-D890uv which has NXDN capability. Despite a lack of clear tutorials on configuring the D890 for NXDN and an irritating bug in the CPS, I think I'm managing to muddle through.

Got a question though. Does NI4CE support the Disconnect and Parrot talk groups? If so, what are they? They're not listed as one of the TGs on the website. Also not shown is TG1 which Paul posted in a thread a few years ago is restricted to the local repeater. Is that still the case?

Talk group 1 is local.

The parrot is not in use here, though hotspots will do it versus the network.
