Nice Idea, however - Who are you? I've never seen you in this forum
before, and I'm pretty sure noone else has. Give us some credentials
and why we should trust you - then perhaps you may get the ball rolling
(so to speak).

Hi Paul,
I used to work for UTVInternet, so you should be able to find some of my
posts on dna.support, and utv.support. I now work for BT, on one of there
copious tech helpdesks.
I am not asking you to trust me at all. All I am asking for is a list of
people that can not get broadband, and who would be interested in this.. I
have a few ideas on how we can achieve broadband for all, but do not want to
reveal too much at the moment, because I will potentially step on some big
toes. These big toes belongs to people that I need to stay on the correct
side of for this to work. I promise that I will reveal all in good time.
