Nullable boolean in LINQ NH query?

Hi all,
Does the issue with comparing a nullable boolean to false result in null values being treated as false still exist in NHibernate? I'm using 3.2.0.4000. It's documented at http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9869980/how-use-if-condition-for-nullable-boolean-in-linq-to-nhibernate.
