Postcodes in CCGs - does anyone have a list?

Does anyone have an exhaustive list of postcodes within each CCG?

I would like to do a mapping exercise...

I can point you to post codes and OAs/LSOAs which is half way there.
Its about 1.5GB for the full list or there is an abbreviated list.

You can access different / more postcode data if you are within the NHS network.
