Certainly screen scraping would be against googles terms of service.
Target data are google reviews that are seen when you google a practice.
Context:
Recently I have been googling practices across england, scotland and wales for my research study (with patient consent we send gps a letter to tell them their patient is participating, I google to find address when recruiting centre provided postcode, or my transcription of it, is invalid).
I'm struck by it seeming like this might be a valuable source of data about user experience in the nhs. I'd be interested in the result if its already been done e.g 7000 odd gp practices, X thousand reviews, Y% contained the words receptionist and appointment etc.
