Interview Process : phone screen then face to face
It is a junior to mid-level position
Requirements:
· Ability to effectively manipulate and manage web-based database application using SQL
· Knowledge of relational database design and programming
· Ability to modify database objects in accordance with gathered requirements
· Perform database maintenance, support and administrative/clerical tasks as needed
· Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret user requirements and create workable systems designs
· Advanced knowledge of Excel
· Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services design and development experience
· Hands-on experience developing reports using various tools and processes
· Ability to adapt to changing tools and technologies
· Must possess communication skills to work with the leadership team and end-users to determine and document processes, procedures and best practices related to database management
- Require strong ability to analyze and evaluate business processes and user requirements and to implement design models that meet those needs
· Must be service oriented, decisive, emotionally intelligent, possess knowledge and/or eagerness to learn the business, problem solve/analytical thinking, results oriented, team focus
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently with integrity
Not Required but Plus Skills:
· CMMS application design and development
· Healthcare experience
