I know of a nice, though probably kind of expensive, facility here in Bedford,NH.  For cheaper there's always Daniel Webster Collage in Nashua.

Thought fellow Rubyists would appreciate this opportunity. Drew Neil
(@nelstrom) runs Vimcasts.org, a set of free videocasts on using Vim,
and is the author of PragProg's "Practical Vim" book, currently in
beta. He's setting up a world tour offering one-day Vim worksthops.
