Startup company looking for a software architect with 5-10 years of
experience developing scalable cloud computing solutions. We are just
starting development, so you can pick a platform of choice. The
product will consist of a Facebook Application, a website with payment
processing and back-end interface for order fulfillment.

Work may be done remotely, but candidate will need to be available
daily from 8:00-12:00 Eastern Time.

Required:

1. Strong problem solver
2. Able to architect a scalable platform from scratch, utilizing cloud
computing resources
3. Expertise with Ruby, PHP, or other modern web languages
4. Willingness to learn new languages and technologies
5. Database development with MySQL
6. Comfortable working in a startup environment
7. Familiarity with Facebook API’s, Facebook Graph, and Facebook
applications
8. Self-motivated developer

Plus Skills

1. Experience with payment processing systems
2. Development with open-source technology such as OpenOffice
3. A strong sense of user-interface design
