This just in: All Vendors/Performers and Volunteers: PLEASE arrive at 9 Thorne Road to check in. We will assist you from that point. All those who are handicapped will need to specifically check with Marc as to where you will be parking. ALL will receive a parking pass that will need to be visible on your FRONT dash of your vehicle. Again, we will be doing this as of Next Friday at 9 am to roughly 6 pm in the evening. Saturday the 12th merchants may arrive as early as 7 am. EVERYONE will need to be there NO later than 9 am dressed and ready to go. Morning meeting will be at The Queen's stage at 9 am each morning, and at least ONE person from your merchant booth must attend. All vehicles will need to be OFFSITE no later than 9:30 am.
