Unable to start nhprof.exe on Server 2008

Had a situation today where I needed to load nhprof onto one of our
production servers to isolate some performance bottlenecks that we're
only seeing on that machine. I downloaded the latest rev of nhprof
(#919).
When I tried to run this on the Server 2008 box, I received a
"NHibernate Profiler 1.0.0.0 stopped working" error. In the error
window under "Problem Signature 09" I see
System.IO.FileNotFoundException.
I do have .NET 4.0 installed on the machine, but am unable to run the
profiler.
Is there anything special about running on a server OS? Is there a
recommended way to get more diagnostic info about what's failing?
