"Now" option in Google Forms

Hi Google users,

I am looking for advice on a better way to complete a field in a Google Form.  The scenario is a paraeducator completing a form that is an observation of a student's behavior and we want to record when the behavior begins and when it ends.  

Currently, we use the "Time" option in Forms and the person completes the field with a few keystrokes. It would be more efficient if there were a way for the person completing the form to select "now" that would automatically complete the field.  

I recognize the submission of the form is timestamped.  In this scenario, the form could be open for 15 minutes (or more) while the form is completed.

This may sound like a petty request, but when we are trying to keep eyes on children this would be very helpful.
