As long as it is ok with Staff (Mark P), then we have a quorum for this coming Tuesday at 7pm.  Carmen cannot make it and I may not be able to be there.  The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and vote on a group to do a multi-year plan.  If you have thoughts you would like to share before the meeting, please do so.  We discussed doing that in private until we make a formal decision.  So please send a message to each individual instead of this list.  I will send a separate email with the contacts again in case people don't have that accessible.

I look forward to our meeting tomorrow at 7PM. As usual Jeff has hit the nail on the head in summarizing our work. In terms of format, it might make sense to give each of us a few minutes to explain where we are on a recommendation and then tally the results. I know that I learned a lot from the on line discussion even though I did not participate in it. My guess is that we could conduct our business in an hour or so.
