This is an automated reminder that we have a Financial Review & Audit Commission (FRAC)meeting this coming Wednesday at 7pm in the Hall of Records Building, 200 Orange Street, New Haven, CT in the Controller's office on the second floor.

What will be the focus of the meeting.  Is there an agenda available?  Will we need quorum because it does not seem as if we will have it.

Did you ever hear back on what constitutes a quorum? I am sorry I did not turn off the reminders before getting to the bottom of this.  I never got acknowledgement from the city regarding the letter I sent on our behalf, did any of you hear anything?

Mark will provide us some information tomorrow. My suggestions is that we should proceed on the assumption that we are legally constituted and ready to business. Perhaps we could focus our meeting on our own organizational issues for a bit and then move on to the proposals for the 5 year plan. I am certainly open to other ways of proceeding.

 

Jeff, I am glad to hear that you are feeling better.

 

I look forward to seeing everyone on Wednesday.

Do we know who will be attending the meeting tonight?  If I make it I will be running late.  Just wondering if we will have enough people to make the meeting.
