Welcome to FRAC!  In case you weren't notified, we meet on the 4th Wednesday of every month in the Hall of Records Building, 200 Orange Street, New Haven, CT in the Controller's office on the second floor.  So, we have a meeting this Wednesday, October 28th.  We are begining the review and discussion of the proposals we received from the consultants looking to work on the 5 year plan.  It would be great if you are able to make the meeting and participate in the conversations from the begining.  I am a new member too and look forward to working with you.
