Do we have an agenda for the meeting?  It may be helpful to have an agenda in advance so we can all be prepared.  Wasn't sure if we would discuss the supporting materials that were sent or if we are going to determine who we want to "interview" and questions to ask/format?  Just some thoughts.

Thank you for your note. You are right we should be publishing an agenda before each meeting. I think our business on Wednesday will be to evaluate the proposals for the 5 year plan and to listen to recommendations from the Controller. We should also be prepared to advise Mark about our availability for the upcoming consideration of the appointment of an auditing firm for the city. Finally, it seems reasonable that we would discuss the recent article in the Register about the projected deficit. Because we now seem to be functioning fairly efficiently we can work together to generate an agenda for each of our meetings.
