The New Haven Financial Review & Audit Commission (FRAC) is appointed by the Mayor. We meet the fourth Wednesday of the Month in the Hall of Records Building (200 Orange St., 203-946-8300) at 7pm. We are working on a 5-year financial projection and related recommendations to the City.
