I agree that we need the banner to “say something” and have talked in a fair amount of detail that while it needs to look pretty it needs to be so much more. Additionally, the draft banner is following sign/exhibit best practices by having tiered information. There is the overall message of EL but there is also just the paragraph at top and the reader can move on AND/OR they could read the headers below AND if they still wanted more information they can read the headers with the bullets below.

I think it is shaping up well and I will compile the other comments and post them now…
