Instead of stating state agencies, can we revise to say government agencies or agencies?

This would be under funding and support and also under what the ELP does replace state natural resource agencies with just natural resource agencies.

Love the colors and the designs and the pictures! I had one of my colleagues look at it and she is not familiar with EL or the ELP, she thought it was a LOT of information to absorb, I agree  - are we planning on sharing this more with those of us who already know about the ELP/EL  or with others who may not know much about it? It has a LOT of good info in  it...
