Nature-based learning: Collaborative workshop series begins Oct. 27th

Last spring, Four Winds Nature Institute hosted a workshop series about adding nature into your classroom curriculum, which included a teacher stipend. It was a great success that they decided to offer it again this school year.

This PD workshop series is designed for early childhood and elementary educators. These workshops will provide educators with time to use the curriculum that they already teach and adapt it to include nature and the outdoors in the lesson plan.

Dates & Locations:

October 27th, 9:30-2:30 at Birch Ridge SELT Trailhead, 446 Birch Hill Road, New Durham, NH 03855

January 24th from 8-11 am at Barrington Early Childhood Learning Center,  77 Ramsdell Ln, Barrington, NH 03825

March 18th (location TBD)
