New Cache Provider

Hi Folks,

I've developed a new cache provider based on Redis (http://
code.google.com/p/redis/),
the hot new NoSQL data structure server.

My provider can be found here: https://github.com/boxerab/NHRedis

Notable features include distributed per-key hard locks, and
optimistic, non-locking
semantics.

If anyone is interested in trying this out, please let me know.
Currently, I am the only
user, but its working very well for my application: a very large
distributed hospital-patient
tracking system.

What is the process for getting this added to the official nhcontrib
collection of cache providers?
