Banded female kestrel

Yesterday, I observed (with a small group) and imaged a female American Kestrel w/ leg bands at the Gilmanton School in Gilmanton, NH. The school is across the street from the Gilmanton Year-Round Library. The bird was very accessible as she reliably perched on the powerlines. I could not discern any band numbers, and not even really sure what colors the bands were. If anyone has any information or insights on the banding origin or history of this female please reply or direct message me.
