Spring migration

What fascinates me about birding, there's always something new to learn.  Didn't realize birds migrate in groups in the spring as they do in the fall.  Had two turkey vultures soaring over the house yesterday afternoon, sat down to watch them, hour later I had the following list:

Turkey vulture - 15

Red-tailed hawk - 3

Cooper's hawk - 1

Broad-winged hawk - 5

Osprey - 1

Double-crested cormorant - 1

Common raven - 1
