Unknown Hawk in Jaffrey--Help Needed

A hawk has been perched for several hours on the wires beside Rte. 124 E of Harkness Rd. My guess is that it's an immature Red-shouldered Hawk. I think it is too large for a Broad-winged. Definitely an immature something. I would appreciate any help. You can pull off the road and get pretty close.
