Mostly cloudy with temperatures in the high twenties. Snowing during the morning. Light wind from the southwest, becoming stronger in the afternoon.

Raptor Observations:
Today's migrants, a couple of red-tails and an immature Bald Eagle, all came by during the 1 o'clock hour. A few local red-tails drifted about throughout the day. A peregrine once flew by heading south but soon came back again and landed over on the cliff at North Pack.

Non-raptor Observations:
An astonishing 200 juncos spent some time near the hawkwatch, along with 6 White-throated Sparrows and 1 Fox Sparrow. Other highlights included a dozen robins enjoying mountain ash berries and a Common Loon flying by.

Predictions:
Winds shifting to the northwest!
