Red-necked Phalarope - East Inlet, Pittsburg 8/30

Yesterday afternoon at 2:30, my wife and daughter and I went to East Inlet in Pittsburg. As I was watching a Spotted Sandpiper, my wife said "What's that little bird swimming?" Turned out it was a Red-necked Phalarope, a state lifer for me!
