Visitors:
27.

Weather:
The summit was blanketed with fog the entire time. Count ended early due to the lack of visibility. Light breeze from the east, and temperatures in the low thirties.

Raptor Observations:
No migrants were seen today but a Barred Owl was heard calling.

Non-raptor Observations:
A beautiful Evening Grosbeak was eating mountain ash berries with the robins. Blue Jays, chickadees, juncos, and White-throated Sparrows enjoyed the birdseed. A Fox Sparrow also discovered the seed. At one point, six Snow Buntings flew overhead through the fog. One Golden-crowned Kinglet and a couple of Red-breasted Nuthatches were the only other birds around.

Predictions:
Tomorrow looks like mostly rain so birds might wait to move until better conditions arrive on Tuesday, which is also the last day the auto road will be open.
