We not only medaled we set a new record for the greatest single-season comeback in November County Challenge history.  And this was just a dry run for 2022.

I propose we award a trophy to the winning county each year.  It should be a Cup.  There are lots of championship Cups - the Stanley Cup, America's Cup.  We need a Cup.  It needs a name.  While I think "the Woodward Cup" has a certain ring to it, I have a better idea.

Let's call it the "Jeremy Belknap Cup".  As I mentioned earlier, Dr. Belknap compiled and published the first bird list for the state in 1792.  He must have been a birder, there is a county named after him, this is the County Challenge - it all fits together perfectly.

I propose we include a cash prize with this coveted cup, an initial sum of say, $10,000.00.  As this event grows in popularity, both nationally and internationally - like I know it's going to - this amount could be augmented.
