January thaw, sure...but an Osprey?!

Yup, I spotted one circling my neighborhood, presumably heading to Swasey Parkway's tidal section of the Exeter River. Of course it was gone by the team I returned with camera.

I heard one was reported earlier in the month, yes? Perhaps same bird?
