Place to donate toys

Well - once again, a source to donate outgrown toys has dried up. Thrift
stores can no longer take them do to litigation issues and/or new laws.

So - anyone have any thoughts on place that will take outgrown toys? I have
"play clay" stuff, dolls, etc that deserve better than the trash heap.

Where are you? Some towns have 'swap shops' at their local recycling
centers.

my town requires permits for yard sales (no more than 4 per year)
and i can't be bothered usually, so i pile stuff at the overflow
parking area at the end of my driveway with a Free (not the sign!)
sign... i had someone take my free sign once ;)
i have seen my stuff show up at yard sales, but oh well. it's not in
my house anymore
