This kit provides the components needed to upgrade to the BlueROV2 Heavy Configuration with four vertical thrusters, 6 degree-of-freedom control, increased buoyancy, and external thruster guards. Requires the use of two additional penetrator holes on the main enclosure.

Combining that with the feedback stability control, you can orient the ROV in any position and control it just like normal. This is cool and fun to pilot, of course, but it also opens up a lot of new operational possibilities, especially when used with end effectors like the Newton Subsea Gripper.

The BlueROV2 Heavy retrofit kit can be added to any existing BlueROV2 and can also be purchased alongside new ROVs. The heavy guard, new buoyancy foam, and new fairing are also available separately. Please visit the documentation pages for assembly instructions, tutorials, and to learn how to pilot the vehicle in six degrees of freedom.

The Inflation Reduction Act invests $1 billion to replace existing non-zero-emission heavy-duty vehicles with zero-emission vehicles, support zero-emission vehicle infrastructure, and to train and develop workers.

The EPA anticipates awarding up to $932 million in competitive grant funding under the 2024 Clean Heavy-Duty Vehicles Grants Program Notice of Funding Opportunity. The program is soliciting applications nationwide for a grant competition to fund the replacement of existing non-zero-emission Class 6 and 7 heavy-duty vehicles with zero-emission Class 6 and 7 heavy-duty vehicles.

The 2024 Clean Heavy-Duty Vehicles Grant Programs NOFO includes information on how to prepare and submit an application package. The application package must be received by 11:59 PM (ET) on Wednesday, July 25, 2024. Please refer to Appendix B in the NOFO for an Application Submission Checklist to ensure that all required materials have been included in your application package.

Note that while third party contractors, such as transportation service providers and vehicle and charging equipment manufacturers, are not eligible to apply directly, they may still participate in the CHDV Grant Program by encouraging potential applicants to apply and working with grantees through the bidding process after grants are awarded.

Note: For this funding opportunity, it has been determined that school buses are not subject to Build America, Buy America provisions. The EPA will continue to provide further guidance on which projects are subject to BABA provisions and will work with grantees to support implementation as necessary. Learn more about BABA as it relates to EPA programs on the EPA BABA page.

Eligible electric infrastructure is limited to installations and upgrades behind the electric meter. This can include, but is not limited to, charging equipment (such as alternating current Level 2 charging equipment, direct-current fast charging equipment, or vehicle-to-grid enabled equipment); design and engineering; installation costs such as trenching, wiring, and electrical upgrades, labor, and permitting; and related intelligent equipment and software designed to monitor vehicle and infrastructure performance (such as telematics or charge management software).

Eligible fueling infrastructure includes fueling infrastructure for new hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, including, but not limited to, storage tanks, liquid and gaseous pumps and vaporizers, compressors, heat exchangers, chillers, piping and pipelines within the relevant facility, and high-pressure dispensers (including hose, nozzles, and meters) needed to fuel the new hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles funded under the project.

Application packages must be submitted electronically to the EPA through Grants.gov. The Grants.gov registration process requires that your organization have a Unique Entity Identifier (previously known as the DUNS number) and a current registration with the System for Award Management (SAM.gov); the process of obtaining both could take a month or more for new registrants.

Potential applicants without a Grants.gov account are encouraged to initiate the Grants.gov registration process ahead of the release of the Notice of Funding Opportunity since the registration process can take a month or more.

Organizations applying to this funding opportunity must also have an active the System for Award Management registration. If you have never done business with the Federal Government, you will need to register your organization in SAM.gov. If you do not have a SAM.gov account, then you will create an account using the government sign in service 1 (login.gov) to complete your System for Award Management registration. The registration is FREE. The process for entity registrations includes obtaining Unique Entity ID (UEI), a 12-character alphanumeric ID assigned an entity by SAM.gov, and requires assertions, representations and certifications, and other information about your organization. Please review the Entity Registration Checklist for details on this process. It is recommended to begin the System for Award Management registration process prior to applying to this grant competition; registration may take more than a month to complete.

Please note that System for Award Management registrations do expire, and inactive accounts must re-register to be able to submit an application. If you have done business with the Federal Government previously, you can check your entity status using your government issued UEI to determine if your registration is active. The System for Award Management requires you renew your registration every 365 days to keep it active. Applicants must ensure that all registration requirements are met in order to apply for this opportunity through Grants.gov and should ensure that all such requirements have been met well in advance of the application submission deadline.

Beginning July 1, 2021, if Federal Heavy Vehicle Use Tax (Form 2290) is filed electronically with participating IRS Service Providers, the Motor Vehicle Division may be able to electronically verify the vehicle tax filing; allowing IRP license applications to be completely paperless.

Generally, you must file Form 2290, Heavy Highway Vehicle Use Tax Return, and pay the appropriate tax if you are registering in your name a heavy highway motor vehicle with a gross weight of 55,000 pounds or more. Taxpayers generally must present the IRS-receipted Form 2290, Schedule 1, or a photocopy of such receipted Schedule 1, when registering a heavy highway motor vehicle with a state.

However, if you purchase a highway motor vehicle, either new or used, and you register the vehicle with a gross weight of 55,000 pounds or more within 60 days of the purchase date, you have another option. Instead of providing an IRS receipted Form 2290, Schedule 1, you can provide the bill of sale, a photocopy of the bill of sale, or another document that is evidence of a title transfer and shows that you bought the vehicle within 60 days prior to the date you apply to register the vehicle.

E-filing is the fast, secure, easy and accurate way to file returns and pay tax due. The electronic version of Form 2290 will save personal resources (for example, time and postage) and reduce preparation and processing errors.

You cannot e-file forms directly with the IRS. You must file Form 2290 through an approved e-file provider. Select a provider at Trucking Tax Center Internal Revenue Service . There is a fee charged to file electronically that varies by provider.

Untreated heavy or prolonged bleeding can stop you from living your life to the fullest. It also can cause anemia. Anemia is a common blood problem that can leave you feeling tired or weak. If you have a bleeding problem, it could lead to other health problems.

Heavy menstrual bleeding is one of the most common problems women report to their healthcare provider. It affects more than 10 million American women each year. This means about 1 of every 5 women has it.

For many women with heavy menstrual bleeding, healthcare providers might not be able to find the cause. If you have heavy menstrual bleeding and your gynecologist has not found any problems during your routine visit, you should be tested for a bleeding disorder.

Finding out if a woman has heavy menstrual bleeding often is not easy, because each person might think of "heavy bleeding" in a different way. Usually, menstrual bleeding lasts about 4 to 5 days and the amount of blood lost is small (2 to 3 tablespoons). However, women who have heavy menstrual bleeding usually bleed for more than 7 days and lose twice as much blood.

If you have bleeding that lasts longer than 7 days per period or is so heavy that you have to change your pad or tampon nearly every hour, you need to talk with your healthcare provider. To find out if you have heavy menstrual bleeding, your healthcare provider will ask you about your medical history and menstrual cycles. They may ask you questions like the following:
