Make Module Error

Hello Group, I am new here, and need help.

I have nginx_pagespeed working on ubuntu 20.04 with nginx 1.22.1 and is now trying to get it to work on a new server running ubuntu 22.04 and nginx 1.23.2 and having the following error when I get to #sudo make module - the error is "make: *** No rule to make target 'module'.  Stop.

Any suggestion is welcome.
