Serve scaled images and specify image dimensions

I am using pagespeed with nginx based reverse proxy with site hosted remotely.

For google page speed, the top recommendation to me is  to Serve scaled images here http://prntscr.com/rk8n9d. How do I configure it to serve scaled images. The current config http://prntscr.com/rk8mw8

The filter to resize images is

pagespeed EnableFilters resize_rendered_image_dimensions




If I remeber, images need to have wxh dimensions set in html
