Good morning from SEAFDEC/TD

I have update from SEAFDEC that can support RIMF of Viet Nam. In year 2019, we have some small remain fund to conduct the stock assessment training course on introduction of Kobe Plot and ASFIC model that used by RFMO working party of stock assessments. .

I have realized that Viet Nam do not participate the Sulu Sulawesi Tuna Project but Viet Nam participated in the regional neritic tuna.

It can support for RIMF stock assessment researcher to have small training course (4-6 trainees) of Kobe Plot and ASFIC.

In addition, we also would like to introduce Kobe Plot and ASFIC model to university in Viet Nam, perhaps Nha Trang University for one day.

SEAFDEC will sponsor partly cost of training. and we may need using venue of RIMF office and data in neritic project as exercise of training.
