Which columns precisely in hm1.txt (from bin 1..101) have the values of the interval, and which have the values of the flanking regions?

I plot the values over of a custom bed file (with intervals of a fixed size = 100bp), using the spline algorithm, using a small interval (the middle 1 part is for interval region and the 2 parts on each side is for flanking region)
