Problem installing genome: Disk quota exceeded

Hi all,

I tried to install the enhancer by using:

ngsplotdb.py install ngsplotdb_hg19_75_3.00_enhancer.tar.gz

I received the following error message:

IOError: [Errno 122] Disk quota exceeded

But actually plenty of disk quota remains. Can anyone advise what the problem is?
