Hello all,
We had an individual question regarding if there is a tar package available for the Python 3 update of ngsplot. We have not yet generated a tar package for the updated ngsplot, but will work on providing one in the near future.  In the meantime, please use the updated code available on Github ( https://github.com/shenlab-sinai/ngsplot).
To elaborate, the latest released package for ngsplot is from 2015 (ngsplot-2.61.tar.gz), and is not compatible with Python 3.

Best,
Molly Estill
