ngsplot draw multiple average profile

I have two group, each group has three replicates 
control:c1.bam  c2.bam  c3.bam
case:t1.bam  t2.bam  t3.bam
So how to make configuration file,it appears not work as follows:
c1.bam:c2.bam:3.bam -1 control
t1.bam:2.bam:3.bam -1 case

Hi, I wonder if you have solved this problem? I have two groups of some data, one group is healthy another group is cancer. I want to graw the two group in one plot with green for healthy and red for cancer.
