task 1 failed - "missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed"

Hi,

I am trying to use ngsplot to generate some figures for a paper. However, I received an error message (Error in { : task 1 failed - "missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed") when I did a test using ngs.plot.r. For details, please see attached figure.

I ever tried to google this error message, but not got the answer. 

Does anybody have ideas/solutions about this error?

There are a few lines of my BAM file including header. I think maybe there are some problems in this file. You can see it here:
