Hi all,
I am new to ngsplots.

I am trying to get a sense of peaks in the enhancer regions of my 5hmC data. I started by using the command

ngs.plot.r -G hg19 -R enhancer -C hesc.H3k4me3.1M.bam -O k4.test

I also tried the command above with the hg38 version of the human genome. After running the command, I get the error:

Unknown region specified. Must be one of: cgi exon genebody tss tes bed

The output error does show that the ngsplots tool does not treat enhancer just as tss or genebody, which was not intuitive to me, after reading the documentation. For instance, when I ran

ngs.plot.r --help

It showed me that one of the parameters that I can use with the R option is enhancer, just like tss, tes, genebody, exon, cgi:

-R   Genomic regions to plot: tss, tes, genebody, exon, cgi, enhancer, dhs or bed

When I ran the enhancer option, I was expecting the tool to output regions just like TSS or genebody throughout the entire genome. However, this is not the case as I am getting the "Unknown region specified" error from above. Clearly there are issues that I do not see. Could you please advise on what I am doing wrong and how I can access the enhancers throughout the genome?
Thank you,
Gepoliano
