Officers,
In the event that I have not double-accounted any expenditures (Dan, you should definitely check that that is the case, specifically the large expense), according to the Gdoc I have [here](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AlFDRebGdtCJdFFvTmRuNEVaUW5OWVVvNDg5U3dEVEE&usp=drive_web#gid=0), we still have
$2591.15
remaining. This is also assuming that people do not have outstanding expenditures. If you do, please let me know, I won't have to tell Sandi or anything, I just want the numbers for the books. Even an approximation is extremely helpful for all expenditures.
Assuming we want to spend it all by the early part of June / near when the Retreat usually happens, that leaves about three months to spend the rest, not including anything we might pay towards the Retreat.
