invert and convert weights

Hi all!

In the previous version of ngSkinTools there was an option to invert layer weights and to convert transparency to mask/convert mask to transparency, whenever I right clicked on the mask/deformer.

I can't find those options on the newest version.... Where can I find those features or how can I invert and convert without these?
