Possible to mirror selected verts only?

Hello,

Whenever I run the Mirror operation with NGST 2.0.32, it doesn't seem to respect the vertex selection (may have happened previously, but this is the version I've been using as of late). Is there something I need to set someplace, that I'm not seeing, to get this to only mirror the current vertices?
