She is released because security guys are closing up on them. I have no doubt in my mind that she was kidnapped because of her daughter's fight against corruption and corrupt oil marketers. Ransom is a camouflage and kidnapping and ransom always go hand in hand in Nigeria anyway. You can do with one without the other. Prior to her mother's kidnap, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala has been threatened many times. What do you mean oil subsidy is not paid?
